In October my telephone service at 4820 Mckenzie Road, Brownsville, Texas was disrupted. I checked my telephone at a neighbors house. It was working perfectly. I checked my line with a friends electrical meter. It was O.K. I called the phone company. They immediately said that their lines were good. The trouble had to be with me. After sending a technician to the house the trouble cleared up.

The "tech" only had access to the outside lines. He never came into or had access to my apartment nor did he touch or repair any of my equipment. I was told that the phone company never makes mistakes. My one question is that if that is true why can't they even get the spelling of my name correct. After more than thirty calls, letters and messages they still send me bills under Mecco. MY name is Necco. I feel they even owe me reunds for my caller I.D. Bill because people were continually confused because they didn't understand why my name was miss spelled. That is only a small part of my problem.

They have been charging me for Yahoo accounts, DSL service and I don't even have a computer. When I refused to pay they cut off my phone service and they are still billing me for service I don't have and I have since moved.
