Company does not send merchandise ordered

I ordered 2 pair of slippers from an ad in our local newspaper,

On nov 13, the check cleared the bank in four days, however, i still have not received merchandise as of jan 30. All attempts to contact the company, by phone, mail and e-mail have been in vain, yet the ad was in the paper again this week.
