Consumers beware! (columbia house)... Has been charging us unauthorized charges for merchandise that we've never recieved. We cannot contact a single human being for the life of us! No matter what number you call, you end up at a dead end! We have had to cancel our charge card, because there was no way to stop these a$holes!!
