Rent a Scam is no place for workers nor customers

To begin with, as a long time customer years ago, I found out first hand that the saturday ritual was hiding from RAC. They are worse to deal with than the mafia.

Then, 8 years later, I had paid off all of my stuff, and I needed a job... Mostly because 90% of my income went to these frikkin thugs, and I got way behind on some bills.
So, I went online and filled out the bullshit app for RAC and got hired as an acct mngr.

What a fkin joke... Manager of somebody's nuts maybe... Thats all

My first day was supposed to be an HOUR UNPAID orientation, to which I had to drive an hour. I got there, the store manager was an hour late, and did not know why I was there.

So, I got 3 hours wrapped up in this thing already, and still no promise of a job.

I go out in the truck with a couple of guys that look like thug rejects and end up doing a washer dryer switchout from a basement
BY MYSELF... No dolly... They dont use them
company wont pay for them
I asked why I was doing work and not on the clock, they said I needed to be a team player... Right... YOU ever work somewhere that had you doin shit off the clock First day?

Ends up I was there 5 hours with no pay... Store mgr says come back tomorrow, and well pay ya. So, I go back next day... Start seeing the real truth behind this business. The merchandise is completely incidental and inconsequential... Its about the LOAN... The LOAN...
They are loaning you 5k to buy something that costs 500 bucks... But you have to pay 5k for it... No 2 ways around it...

One day, I got hurt... I twisted my knee coming down some stairs with a couch, and I asked for an accident report... I was told they didnt have any. I was also told that if I got hurt on the job it is automatic dismissal.
What kind of shit is that?
They packed the schedule so tight, there wasnt time for breaks. You were calling, cleaning, loading, delivering or running your credit problems for 10 straight hours.
On top of this heaping pile of bullshit, your manager... Say... Bonnie Dillingham, from the fremont store... Would be out of th store shopping or visiting her friends every fking minute of the day, and NEVER dealt with customers needs. She always referred their calls to someone else. She was too busy picking her kids up from here, dropping her sister off there. Yada, yada... Must be nice to mak money for sleeping around with other store managers like Tom from tiffin.

Yeah, steve... She fked him in the hotel when they all went to vegas for the mngrs meeting... Hahaha shes a whore.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE they are bad news... Most are ex cons or ex drug addicts and they are trained to be agressive.
