Pfft. Gone. Absconded with my with my credit, will ruin my credit record and my elderly dad who thought he was dealing with an honest business.instead this company vanished in the night, won't respond to any form of communication

I made a mistake and failed to do my homework and now it will cost both me and my dad, I guess, unless I get some help soon and restitution the debt run up under our names as personal guarantors under Investor Technologies alleged good credit partner program will destroy our good credit and reputations.

The fly-by-night owners got theirs again, apparently.
Almost overnight a company I thought was legit and praised to others has apparently vanished from its only published address it ever disclosed in writing, Tampa, Fla., the apparent regional office of Investor Technologies, a Little Rock, Ark.-based company allegedly associated with Intervest Management LLC, a real estate firm that purchases and upgrades low grade housing in urban areas through government programs.

Using its Tradeline Brokers.com website, a smart and sophisticated site, that offers a variety of credit help and credit-based investment services, replete with a credit advisory notice on dealing with unsavory firms, I took the bait this summer and signed up for their program as a good credit investor, using balance margins which they virtually maxed in order to secure financing for a Kayak Tours travel business in Dunedin, Fla.

The lure was earning a 6 percent return on use of my tradelines or credit and debt repayment.

My dad joined the program, and as most of these things go, every thing went well and as advertised. They used his tradelines and made good for several months on promised payments.

Until this past week when everything stoppped. The same thing occurred with me after I joined in July and they ran up credit debt, making partial payments on some of the debt and a couple commission payments before our only two company contacts, David Witt, the salesman and Sheila, the company bookeeper, stopped responding to phone calls and emails, and faxes.

The modus operandi is plainly clear now: the company seeks to avoid suspicion by making itself virtually invisible, failing to list company officers, providing no real documentation and making its own policy and terms known via the website so as to avoid any real scrutiny or background checking. My mistake, obviously.

Now my dad and I are in a world of hurt and the company I guess will get off the hook again. Avoid this company under all circumstances.
