Abracadabra you've been ripped off!

My Husband and I purchased two costumes from ABRACADABRA yesterday. One Supergirl-$45.00 and one Batman toddler-$36.00. The sales guy reassured me about the prices and that anywhere else we'd pay the same price. Turns out that we were charged 15.00 more for each costume. I checked six stores and everywhere else the Batman is $19.99 and the Supergirl is priced at $29.99. Why are they so over priced? I feel like we were duped!

Of course the have a non working email address, And when you go on to the web site not all the prices are listed for the costumes. Probably so they can change them at anytime. They also say NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR EXCEPTIONS! I can see no refunds, but no exchanges? I've called twice and as soon as I ask for the manager about the pricing, they simply say no refunds and hang up! What kind of business is this?!

Please MOMS and DADS do your home work before you purchase kids costumes. Just because the store has a lot of items doesn't mean the have great prices! Since I was charged $31.00 more than needed I've learned my lesson. They should be ashamed of themselves!!!
