I purchased from this company last month. I filled out my address properly and then received a call from fed ex telling me they could not find the address and that they had attempted delivery but i wasnt home. Well that should have been the first sign that things would go wrong... Finally i straightened that out with fed ex and the supervisor offered to deliver my stuff to my work... And that is how it started, now nile corp is telling me they will be charging my card 6.00 for changing my address and that if i have a problem with it i should take it up with fed ex cause fed ex charged them...

I tried to explain it to the customer service person saying that i did business with nile corp and they did business with fed ex and that it is nile corp that is charging me and not fed ex. The woman from nile corp told me that was my problem and she is charging my card the 6.00.. I was furious, how can a company just choose to charge me when i never authorized such a charge and she told me that fed ex should have informed me...
