I spoke to com ed cause they said that they were going to shut off my services I told them that I had a illiness and they had told me to send in a letter from the doctor with my name address and the illness that I have.in which fact my doctor did. Now they are telling me they dont like the way the letter was phrased and would no accept my letter.
After I had read the letter to one of their customer services reps and she told me that the letter was fine. I am so frustrated and now dont know where to turn I was out of work do to my daughter and myself being ill. I also asked them for 30 days to pay the balance and they still denied me of that. I wish someone would open another electic company cause this is ridiculous
