Bad grading of home

Larry and Greg Pence built our home in 2001. Our basement has flooded four times since we moved in October. We have called the Pences to ask about the drainage and grading plans but they have never returned our calls.in addition, but unrelated to the flooding, they left the old driveway from the former house in our yard so the soil won't grow there. This is a $1.2 million home and we are very disappointed in the Pence brothers.
