I was charged 69.95 for nothing, I was told all I had to pay was $1.98 for shipping, for a CD on how to get a grant. I wasn't told I would be charged any more or if it's going to be a charge every month, I guess I'll have to wait and see. It's real scary to think people will do this to hard working americans.
