Just as others have said, it was suppose to be just $2.97 for shipping the cd. Then another. 08 was added to the shipping cost as well as the $57.93!!! But the most confusing part is that it was listed as Grant Funding and not Grant Assist so then I was also charged another $38.90 under Grant Assist. It's really sad when people take advantage of others that are trying to get help. These people are scum the lowest if low.
