I'm an owner of a successful company that enlisted the services of this fly-by-night organization and in the process received nothing but non-professional services for monies rendered as an apparent inside joke pouring forth out of this tiddlywink establishment called Datamax. Specifically, I had real issues with the telemarketer types supposedly representing this joke of a company masked as Datamax hiding behind the names of Carol Gallegos and Tiffany Alexander. If you're a business owner in need of document management or managed IT services then by all means bypass this scam and find some company that can truly render services required. Once again, I can't specify enough how bad the services offered by Datamax are! It's a total waste of money and time. One small businessman owner to another. They want you to pay for consultative services up front yet they don't deliver. Beware, scam on board for Datamax. Total bs!
