BEWARE - UPS dropped off a package in the front of an apartment building and its been three months since it disappeared. UPS says they have nothing to do with the shipper (even though its a UPS Store Franchise) and that they cut a check to the shipper a month ago. Shipper stole the check and now says it sent it to me, but has no shipping info to back it up. I filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs at the federal level. DO NOT USE UPS - it is their standard policy to dump packages wherever they feel like it and you will never get your money back. Also, they say they are not responsible for their franchises and it is up to you to call the UPS store, at your expense, to discuss any problems. I will never use them again. Just check out the hundreds of other complaints online... They are unreliable and dishonest.
