Papillon Fraud - Sold 2-3 yr old Dog & Advertized it to be 7 mo old w/champion blood lines & AKC papers

Puppy Buyers Beware -

I recently purchased a dog from Deanna Robinson in Olean, NY. She sold me a 7-month-old, pure-breed Papillon for $550 with the option to purchase the full breeding rights for an additional $700 within one year. This "puppy" she advertized as having 24 champions in Pedigree Parents. The supposed Sire's name is Enchanged Valley's Swingin' Shaw Man (TR52147930 10-07) and the supposed Dam's name is Enchanged Valley's Cinnamon & Sugar (TR54243604 10-07). The Breeder listed on the papers (I received copies when I purchased the do) is April D. Mott.

After taking this dog, Fashion God's Beauty (name on papers) to my vet, I learned the dog was 2 or 3 years old by the tartar & wear on it's teeth. I am not a dog expert and was shocked to learn the dog's age. When I contacted Deanna, she said "I got screwed too, sorry". First she was willing to refund $200 as I received a pet quality older dog - not a 7-month-old with champion AKC bloodlines.

The next day Deanna left me a message that she had prayed about it and spoke to her uncle (a lawyer) and was not going to do anything as "you can take me to court, you can't get blood from a stone". AKC did not want to get involved as it is a contract between myself and Deanna Robinson. I simply want to know how old my dog is (if I can breed her safely) and if she is a purebred Papillon. At this point, my goal is to make as many people aware of the situation as possible so that no one else gets taken by Deanna Robinson.
