Sends deformed birds

I purchased some buff silkie chicks from her that were supposed to be show quality. 5 out of 7 of the chicks have disqualifications. 2 have crooked beaks, due to genetics, and 3 have single combs. I contacted her and she said she would give a full refund, then she said she would need pictures and would only refund me for the deformed birds, then she said that she wanted me to ship the chicks back to her, and then she would refund me for just the birds, not shipping.

This woman has lied and ripped off other people before. I have heard from others that she has sent them birds with crooked beaks, and that she is only in it for the money and doesnt care about what she breeds. She will sell anything that pops out of the shell. I dont want anybody to order from her or get scammed by this woman.
