Chris McGregor We purchased a King bed and they wouldn't return it even though their statement says 30 days

We purchased a King Bed from McGregors on Sept. All the local companies offer a buy it, try it and don't like it return it policy. McGregors is the same, sorta. Well we ended up not liking the bed and when we went to return it they said all special order items require a 20% restocking fee. They didn't tell us it was special order nor would there be this 20% restocking fee. They sold the bed to us saying if you don't like it, simply return it. So if we end up returning the bed we'll throw away $750, or we keep a bed we don't like. I told two people there that this is pretty sneaky of them and that this must be how they are making all their money. 90% of what they sell is special order, so 100% of their statement doesn't apply to 90% of the store! So I told them they can cancel the pickup of the bed as I guess I'm stuck with it. The lady was like, so you want to keep the bed now. I said, are you crazy, I said why would I give you back the bed and lose $750 and end up with nothing. She was not helpful or accomodating at all. The worst customer service once they get the sale!
