$10.00 service charge. I have since learned that this

Company rip off people. I called and spoke with the

Company and the office manager was very rude. She said that we had to wait until march (we ordered and our

Money cleared our bank in november) before we could

Talk with them about it. She said the receipt said this

Information but as i have proof with the receipt it does

Not say this on the receipt. She lied to me and treated

Me with no respect. I now see that many others have been

Ripped off by the company and i planned to take legal

Action on behalf of myself and others to stop companies
