Rigby industries owner jim took a $2,900.00 deposit now jim says he will get to my shear when he want to. Do not ever send jim a deposit. Akron ohio

I brought a shear from jim at Rigby industries. I called the Rigby co. And talked to jim, sounded like a nice guy, so I ordered a shear from Jim and he had UPS here the next morning to pick up a $2,900.00 deposit (that was fast)

Jim told me that the shear would be here in 3 to 4 weeks. I waited 4 weeks and called jims office and every time I called Jims sec would tell me to hold on then come back to tell me that he would call me back after 3 days I got a hold of Jim and Jim told me it would be in later that week. I told Jim that I was interested in 2 other machines that he had and he gave me a price and I told him I would think about it. Jim called me 12 to 15 times a day for a whole week. Jim wanted to get another deposit. Jim never had time to get my shear just wanted to sell me more machines.

I talked tojim today and Jim was a real ass Jim told me that I fxxxed him around for a wek and rhat he was going to fxxk me around awhile. This is not a way to run a business. Jim really showed what kind man he is and what kind of business man he is.

I would never do business with a company like His.
