Delivery people damaged my goods and stole my property

I hired soradlin relocation to move me from volusia county to polk county in june. When I was having the estimate the owner mr Spradlin told us that unless they pack our electronics they would not be covered if something happened to them, well guess what they packed them and broke my vcr and dvd recorder and low and behold in the print on the back of the contract that i never saw before it says that they are not responsible for any type of electronics or appliance damages. So i got screwed out of my electronics and a 26 cu ft side by side refridgerator that they ruined. They packed and moved everything. I had one special box in my dining room which contained my new camcorder which we had just used to film the reuniion of me and my natural parents that I had never met before.

I was adopted at birth. This was irreplacable. Also included in the box was a dozen porcelain roses inported from italy. They were left to my other half by his now deceased mother.

Well guess what was never delivered to my house. You guessed it, the camcorder box with the camera and the roses and the tape. Obviously the delivery people saw this as an easy theft and just kept it in the truck for themselves as well as another rubbermaid tote that i packed with personal collectibles in it.

I have contacted Laurie Spradlin on more than 5 occassions and have had no response other than a 50 check back for the damage that they did to my king headboard which they smashed the light cover on. I have on numerous occasions requested this to be settled and requested just to ask her people if they can look for the tape and i would not continue the request for anything else. This was to no avail. I just got silence. Even when I threatened to take them to court they ignored me.

So now it is up to me to take this in my own hands. I have first ammendment rights to tell me story and let the public do as they may. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would tell anyone you know to steer clear. It would be better hiriing crack heads to move your stuff, at least you expect to get robbed.By them not a company you are paying more than 3 thousand dollars to. If there is a lawyer who will take this case for me please contact me. I would love to see these people and this company get whats coming to them.
