Bekins van lines and aaa relocation ron shaw rip off! Only delivered 1/2 my belongings, still have not recieved rest, they do not care! They say they have no idea where my things are or when it will be delivered. Stay away! Omasassa

When signing my contract with bekins i was informed that delivery would take place with in 3-4 days after pick up. When truck arrived they had only enough room to place 1/4 of my belongings on the truck. They had under estimated the last peoples load and there by shorted my load. They did not inform me until the truck was almost packed so i had no choice but to agree to a over flow truck. The overflow truck came the next day and i was assurred that the trucj would follow behind no more then 3-4 days.

My intial delivery took place on th 8/18, today itis the 30th. I have called them repeaditly they have no expected delivery date. They say they do not know where my load is. They say there is nothing they can do. More them 1/2 of my house is on that truck and all i get is ahhhh we are sorry but we do not know where it is. Conatct dispatch... Whe we call dispatch they are very nasty, and at one point tried to tell me that my things were delivered. They are un organized un caring irresponsable and plainly suck! I have contacted and retained a lawyer and still they do not respond. I have filed a complaint with the bbb, and the state attorneys office. They also tried to get me to pay more money on delivery... They are crooks! Stay away!!
