Keep making payments ripoff

I keep mailing payments and they keep sending bills. Recently got a bill saying they haven't heard from me in 3 months. I have no phone number for them, so I cannot cancel this membership nor talk to them about these bills. Apparently they DO NOT read their mail. They say they are reporting me to the credit bureau and for what? Paying them, I have!
