They collect money for credit report, but don't give credit report & ignore you when you keep sending letters asking for it. It's a rip-off

I sumitted my application online to get my credit report and paid with my credit card since October. As of today March 20 still can't get it after 3 letters of complain. I paid $8.00 and got rip-off! You would think they care about their reputation, but I guess they don't.

Also, they know that I can't get my money back because the bank only charges back to your account if it's more than $50.00. How do they get away with it? There's no telephone number to call and talk to a human being all they have is an automated systems to instruct you how to pay for your report. My daugther was their victim too!

Who can you trust with your credit report online? Feel very frustrated & violated.
