Ripoff ruined my credit scores by not taking me off the list after 9 years

I applied for a credit card to BANK ONE. PO Box 8734
Wilmington, DE 19899-8734 I was denied to receive the Bank One Credit Card because my report showed Bankruptcy. July we were going to get a home and I was told my credit is good. I would get a Mortgage Loan.

I get a letter with a denial letter to get the Credit Card because:

My Credit reflects a Bankruptcy that Bankruptcy should be clear since it was in 1994 and the Dept was discharged
I Live with my mother therefore she pays the taxes BANK ONE states that my credit report reflects an unpaid judgement or tax lien

I had delinquent payments. But I checked my score and it was in good standing. I did read just today that Trans Union does not report and clear up credit standing. They leave it as bad report. They're not doing their job as my Bankruptcy should not come up from 9 years ago. TRANS UNION is a shady rippof Company that steals your identity. I would think this is a fraud and they should be out of Business!
