This company is a shipping broker. They probably operate under other names so be warned.
Although they are extremely incompetent as a shipping broker, more importantly, this is their scam and how their make their money.
(1) They will quote you a price to ship your package.
(2) They hire another company to ship your package.
(3) A week later, they send you a 2nd invoice claiming your package was overweight, or there was a liftgate needed or whatever
They claimed my package was 90lbs heavier than I said and wanted an additional $377
They said I pay this now, they will reduce the bill by $200 to $177. How nice of them!
They make their money with these fraudulent claims and excessive 2nd billings.
