Charged us $390.00 only to find out it should have been around $100.00

Our breaker went out. We were concerned that it could cause a fire. Our neighbor called this guy because he would let you pay in payments. The very next day a lady that worked w / my husband who is an electrician told us what it should have cost. She also told us of another guy to contact. He told us the same thing. We had been ripped off i had told the guy i would send $50.00 but was not able to.

So i wrote a note w / the payment and told him i would be sending $20.00 a month. Since then he has been harassing us and threatening us to put a lean on our home and now he putting late charges on the bill which i am not paying. I would like to know who to contact regarding legal help. I understand there are lawyers that do this for free and go after the company and charge the company for this service.
