6 weeks ago i bought a skull ring from hot topics in erie pa, 5 days later ther was a gapeing sore on my finger from the ring. Hot topics refused medical treatment from thier corporate office in california, thier insurance company / sentry ins, refused the claim stating topics didnt make it, meanhile my finger got asah infection from the metal that came off the ring.

We were red to the distibutor silverstarrs.com paula sorce who at first stated your not supposed to wear the ring or get it wet... After weeks of emails and phone calls paula sorces insuance company denied the claim and silverstarrs refused to compensate / i have all thier emails texts and pictures just request.

Hot Topics wont do anything they simply dont care/district manager jenny agnew,
the real villain here is paula sorce and silverstarrs she is vile mean spirited woman who wont take responsabilit for her junk jewlry, so i have a permanent scar no compensation cas closed on paula sorces garbage company.

Pleae boycott hottoics and all silverstarrs made products s no one else gets hurt.
