This company has operated under several different names and has done so apparently to avoid responsibility and to allow them to hide behind bankruptcy. Joe Conlin talks a good game, but seldom delivers. He did not follow through with the work promised and would not refund any money.
Joe Conlin would avoid phone calls, emails and even mail in order to skirt responsibility. He has lied to and taken advantage at least three customers that I know of. The work that WAS completed was good, but it was months late, over budget and a true struggle.
