Merrit bank ripoff

I have a Nextcard credit balance since october 1st 2002.
Have been trying to contact someone over the phone but just get a recording. No one available.

When tried to contact them through internet it says my account is invalid. When they sent me the account summary it showed my account number was Changed!?

I have sent them a letter requesting my refund and even enclosed a copy of the last account summary.
They're a RIP OFF.
