Franchise sued for stealing victims business, President Rich Bernstein sued by former employer Actioncoach

A lawsuit has been filed in the Nevada District Court against Mars Venus Coaching and Rich Bernstein the president of the company. After charging and collecting thousands of dollars for consulting fees from the victim, Rich Bernstein along with Mars Venus Coaching attempted to steal the victims share of the company she spent years building.

Rich Bernstein has been to Federal Prison, been in court multiple times and has several liens against him and cases pending.

After firing Rich Bernstein his former employer ActionCoach also had to file a lawsuit based on Bernstein's unethical behavior.
