$199.95 was drafted from my checking account on 5/1/02. I received the information, placed an order on 11/2/02 and paid $33.40. This check was cashed but I have still not received the products that I ordered.

I called the Customer Service Line 866-411-1092 and was given another number, 800-470-0907. When I called this number I got the following recorded message: "to send inquiries to: 2805 N. Armeda Ave.; Tampa, FL 33607. Can you help?
