Rip-off Woodstock

I was contacted on the phone, and offered a "Pre_Approved" American Express or Other Credit card with a $2500.00 minimum credit limit.

I was to send in a onetime payment 0f $267.00, incur Zero APC, for the life of the card, and no annual fees. The whole process started in August.

It took 2 and 1/2 months just to find a response to my payment. At which time I was informed that " it would not be an Amex card, but some other card from some would be Bank. I was told on numerous occasions thatr there would be "No Security Deposit".

Well, after bickering Back ad Forth, I instructed them to "Cancel" my order and send me a Full refund. I followed all their steps they required to be reimbursed, and of this writing, I still have not received My original Payment.

At no time did they say that I would be charged a Restocking fee of 24.95, until they sent me a cancellation form on 12/06/02. I had already returned to them on 11/30/02 by Certified Mail their membership package to their address in Geogria.

At this point I want to pull the covers on this "Dirt-Bag" scam company, and also recoup not only my full refund, plus the cost of returning their membership package by Certified Mail.
