Michael James Burns is approximately 50 years old, 6'2 to 6'4 and bald. Very slick and well spoken so able to manipulate very well. Served time in prison for fraud in Hawaii. Also travels to California and Colorado. Claimed he was from Pennsylvania and has children in Florida. Unsuccessfully attempted some type of real estate fraud scheme in 2004 (was convicted of one in 1998 or so and was out on furlow when he tried to do another)
