Rip-off

I have recieved one of these offers for a Platinum card in the mail. The letter did not seem very professional to me. I figured that i would looked to see if i could find out anything on the internet.

I was very surprised to find so much about this one rip-off. If this guy has been doing this why has the public not been worned or he been punished in any way for taking advantage of people.

I'm a young person trying to get some positive credit, right now i have no credit and that is like having bad credit so when offers like this one come along people in my position jump at a chance to put somthing positive on there credit report. I feel lucky that i have a computer and found out befor it was to late, not like some of the others that are not so lucky.
