You obivously have no idea what this company is about. Did you even look at the website... It is not a 'Trucking Company.' This is a junk removal service that uses small trucks, that don't require a CDL license. And if you have been looking on Craigslist, then tell me other jobs with similar qualifications, that pay $8 per hour or more in the Brevard county area. Oh wait... There are none, that is why I got a flood of job applications. You really must be un educated, because you fail to do your homework. Most people that take this job are right out of high school or college. Do you know that the current minium wage is??? I can assure you it is way less then $8 dollars an hour. I would hope that somebody with a family was not applying for an $8 dollar an hour job, but if they were then that is there choice. Pay was stated up front, and it is their choice to expect the job. Furthermore, there are other compensation that exist for that individual, with tips and commissions. Making that minimum wage of $8 dollars and hour turn our to be $15-20... And if that is slave driving, that let the slave driving begin because that would strenghth the weakening economy. So if wait staff make $3.75 and hr, they must really be slaves??? Since there is no assurance that they will make up their higher salary in tips. You should really educate yourself, on economics and business, before you make comments that make you look unintellegent. An once again this is NOT A TRUCKING COMPANY... If it were then we would require CDL's and nobody would be submitting an application for a $8 and hour job, because the ad would not have been created because that would be brainless. & nice people right.
