Mr. Suarez is quite possibly the most inept attorney I have come across. When a potential client is trying to reach him he is at your beck and call, but when a present or past client who is in legal trouble because of Mr. Suarez' ineptitude is trying to get a hold of him, he is nowhere to be found. Mr. Suarez was my attorney for over two years and I never met him, and only spoke to him briefly on the phone a few times after I had threatened his secretaries that I was contemplating filing a malpractice suit against him. Mr. Suarez preys on newly arrived immigrants, or those who do not know the legal system, ensnares these poor people, takes advantange of them, and then spits them out and claims no responsibilities.

My case with Mr. Jaime Suarez has lasted for years, and I was told it had ended a few months after I visited yet. Little did I know that years later I would still be receiving threatening letters from other attorneys claiming that if my fees to the doctors they represented weren't paid that I would be held liable for thousands of dollars in fees. Mr. Jaime Suarez specifically told me that all these fees had been paid and I had nothing to worry about. Now I am afraid I will have to pay thousands in fees while Mr. Jaime Suarez pocketed thousands in insurance money.

Mr. Jaime Suarez seems to have an unethical relationship with chiropractors in South Florida, who file false claims. And when I came to Mr. Jaime Suarez truly hurt, in severe physical pain he only saw dollar signs.

Mr. Jaime Suarez refused to give me copies of any legal record of the case, probably so that I wouldn't know how severely I was being tricked, and now I have no legal documents to prove he indeed used the insurance money to pay himself and his chiropractor cronies, who are threatening me now.

Do not seek help from Mr. Jaime Suarez, he is the type of unethical, inept, and greedy attorney who should be expelled by the American Bar Association. He doesn't care about his clients, makes promises he cannot keep, and keeps his clients in the dark at all times so they cannot have solid proof of his ineptitude. I cannot believe he is still practicing law. Mr. Jaime Suarez is the epitome of the corrupt attorney, beware of this predator, and stay away.

Perform a thorough investigation before you hire an attorney, take my mistake as a learned lesson.
