R L A — Kids ripped me off for a Children's Magazine!

Same as all the other reports. 5/7/08 a guy name "Rich Poole" came to my house with the story of a senior class trip if he won this Communication contest for selling magazines. Now, it's been 120 days. And no Humpty Dumpty for my 4 year old. I have a form to cancel the subscription, although I am sure it won't work. I am going to call my bank today and report the fraud to see if they can do anything. I called the 866 number, and it says they are open only 10-4 everyday. What a pathetic bunch of people. I'll also be reporting them to the BBB. Something has to be done if this many of us are being ripped off across the country.
