Like many before have found out, this is some scam! Just remember, in the future, to read that small print on anything you agree to, especially on the internet! Companies like this count on most people to just cruise thru the fine print and agree - who wants to waste all that precious time?
The toll-free number supplied by a previous report does take you into voice-driven menu h*ll, but it does work. I ended up speaking with a live person only because the refund wasn't for the full amount - they claimed it was for the first issue... *&^%$#&!!
