Untruthful, empty promises, doesn't full fill orders, keeps you hanging and doesn't care

I'm getting married September 20th, placed my order in June. I was suppose to get pictures for approval July 21th, guess what no pictures. I called so many times it isn't even funny. I even asked her if you our unable to process my order please let me know I understand if your busy. She kept telling me, Teresa don't fret you will have you flowers. Well here it is September 9th and she email me pictures, Sept. 2nd after I told her that if she didn't call or I didn't receive pictures for approval that I would contact the local tv stations and my lawyer. I got my pictures, but they weren't what I ordered. I tried to contact her back by email & phone no luck. She finally contacted me back 2 days later. She acted like that she only put together what I ordered. I told Susan you need to get my order and look at it this isn't what I ordered and you know it. I've been patient and my patiences are shot. She told me that she would redo my flowers and email them to me by 9/7, guess what no pictures. Susan is untruthful, doesn't follow thru with what she says she is going to do, very unprofessional business person. I have asked for a full refund of my order. Whether or not she wants to refund it still remains to be seen, if she choses not to then she will deal with my lawyers. Like I told her from one business owner to another this is not good business and you know just as well as I do that you CAN NOT hold anyone to that agreement if you don't full fill your side of the agreement. Good luck to all who have had dealings with her and anyone that hasn't BEWARE!!!
