I bought 5 bags for $5.00 with free coffee mug set. Signed up on website stating no obligation to purchase anything else. On website didn't say anything about a membership. They shorted me 3 bags of coffee. Charged me $20.00 for shipping. Then less then 2 weeks later charge me another $38.95 for 2 bags of coffee. Also when I purchase the items no receipt was given and no receipt was in the box of description of my order. Just a thank you unprofessional thank you on regular computer paper.

It stills shows on their website NO OBLIGATION, satisfaction guarentee (which told me that I must pay for the shipping to return it)

We cannot accept opened coffee, but opened grinders can be returned. Please send unopened coffee and grinders to:
