Giving CC numbers to Second Parties

In March of 08, my wife ordered a gift from their catalog. Reasonably priced, shipped on time.

Due to illness and family tragedy, we were not able to check her Account on a regular basis.

Imagine our shock today when upon checking her account, we found recurring charges of 9.95 paid monthly to two companies— Passport to Fun, and Shopping Essentials.

After contacting those two companies, we were told that they got our credit card number from Pyramid Collection and charged our account 9.95 a month&
EACH!
For 5 months!!!
That's 200.00!!! That we did not authorize, nor were told anything about it.
Seems to me that might be considered larceny.

So... Do not... Under any circumstances order ANYTHING from Pyramid Collections!!
