Navy Exchange "We rip you off every day"

It is very unfortunate that I have to write something like this. The various service exchanges Navy Exchange (NEX), Army, Air Force Exchange (AAFES) and online AAFES which is supposed to be a benefit to service members is a disservice instead.

Anyone that walks into them and looks at prices can tell you instantly they are not at all competitive and in fact are almost always more than retail stores.

So what's the benefit of the exchanges? When you find one, let me know. For now they are not doing anything for the service person as a benefit of serving the United States of America, and everyone knows it.

The legislature ought to do something about the pricing in the stores or just shut them down and allow super walmarts in there place.

No sales tax, no big help, makes no difference. MWR donation do you see any great activites with MWR that are affected by donations from the exchanges?
