Rip-off fraudulent & dishonest

I received an order form and picture in my Sunday, Newday. I ordered two pairs of slippers on November 12 and as of today, January 9, I have not received them. My check was deposited on November 19, and I have received the cancelled check in my bank statement.
It was deposited into Bankers Trust in New York, New York. It also lists a bank in Montreal Quebec. I have no phone number or address to further look into this.
