Rip-off slippers ordered 9/30/02 check cleared 10/11/02 not rec'd by 11/14/02 deceptive company

On September 30, I sent a check for $16.95 to J.D. Marvel, ordering two pairs of suede mocassins. The check cleared my bank of October 11. As of today, November 14, I have not received the slippers.
They know where I am however, because today I received their catalog in the mail!
