Avoid like the plague!

All these guys do is catch you in a state of distress, appear to be sympathetic, and promise to negotiate an offer in compromise that they KNOW stands little chance of succeeding. They are VERY negligent about callbacks, and I doubt if even 25% of the info you send them will EVER get to an IRS agent. And when their "bad offer" is rejected, (and it WILL be) they will drop you like a hot potato.

This after blatantly lying to you about how they're working for you, and have the situation in control, and the whole process involves "offer-counter offer" tactics. Trust me, they won't counter. The money I sent these thieves ($3000) would have made a nice dent in the tax liability I have. If they were worth their salt, they'd consider a retainer, and balance payoff when and IF they help you reach an agreement. Of course, their primary goal is NOT to help you but to take your money and string you along for two years. If they did things in an honorable fashion, they wouldn't make ANY money.

Talk to the IRS yourself and save yourself a MAJOR headache. And lots of cash. These guys are all BS and no action.

Incidentally, would any of you fellow victims be interested in a class-action lawsuit? Even if I only got a portion of my money back, it would be GREAT to know that we aren't taking this lying down.
