Pitiful service by upper manage

Returning vitamin products was a drag. They almost did not give my money back. I did use coupons to purchase items. I've been shopping this and related stores since 1997. Employees have been bitter in the past. Now they act better. It hurts the public integrity of food grocers the way businesses behave towards customers. Especially if they give a refund but hold a grudge towards the customer. Makes you not want to shop there anymore.
