Phone card balance was cancelled by the company

I have an account with onesuite.com for my no pin phone card. I have not used it for a while, but still have balance in it. I tried to use the phone card today, It does not work. I try to login to my account to find out what is the problem, I can not log in at all. I called the customer support, and I was told that the account is canceled due to the inactive period over 6 month. I asked where is my money? The girl over the phone told me the money is canceled. I do not understand what money is canceled mean? I asked to talk to manager or supervisor, I was told they as busy. I have email, phone number and address in the onesuite.com database, no body has contacted me for the cancellation. I have been their customer for 4 years, just 6 month I did not use their card to make phone call, they just take my money away without saying any thing. For a big customer base, I d not know how much money they will take.

There are no much money in the account, about $10. I talked to my husband, I said it is not worth my time to do any thing for it. My husband said every body think the same way, so the business can continue to ripoff the consumers.

I do not know if this could stop the business ripoff the customer, but at least consumer can share the information, and be ware the bad apple in the business.
