I saw OneSuite.com on the google search engine. They advertise that they provide fax service for $2.95 per month. I went to their
website and signed up for fax service and paid $10.00 through
PayPal to set up service. Right from the start, I had nothing but problems with them; password problems, login problems, they did
not give me a pin number that was required, they did not even give me a fax number! Whenever I sent them an email, I would have to
wait 2 or 3 days for a reply. After 5 days of putting up with this crap, I called them and canceled service and demanded an immediate
refund. I was told that it would take 8 to 10 business days to process my refund through PayPal. 8 to 10 business days passed
and I still have not received a refund and they have stopped answering my emails altogether. I filed a claim with PayPal to get
my money back and they have not even responded to PayPal!
