Radioshack rip-off cheated employees

These retail stores only sell junks! I bought a brand new Compact lap top unit last year. It can't last for three days and break down already. I have to drop-off for repair, two months total time in repair center and come back with same problem!

Then I want an exchange, they won't give it unless I agree to buy the warrantee! What @#%&*! Then they exchange a new unit, I was skeptical so I ask them to open it right in the store. It can't even get to the window mode! Radio suck a$! If you can, buy your unit directly from manufactures.
