Bad service

After shopping and leaving Children's Place in the same shopping center, I proceeded to continue shopping at Gymboree. While there, my toddler was in an urgent need to use their facilities. Unfortunately they did not allow her to use it, so she soiled her panties. While at Children's Place she had already used the facilities without any problems. She was recently toilet trained and is proud of not wetting or soiling her panties.incident was unfortunate and traumatic for her. When I asked why using the restroom was not allowed, I was told that they have stock merchandise back there and other equipment. I responded that Children's Place a few doors down has the same setup in the back and has no problem accommodating their young customers. Ashley the store employee just shrugged her shoulders and that was that. I proceeded to pay for my items and advise her that this would be my last purchase at any Gymboree company store.
