Worst treatment ever

I was refused service today after being a patient for over 2 yrs because I complained to the manager all the issues I've been having with their facility. Jocelyn, (the regional manager of Pinole Dental in Pinole CA 94564) embarrassed me and had me crying in front of all of the patients and her staff, I missed my appt. Because I wanted to talk to her and she refused to re-schedule my appt. She said I'd be happier somewhere else. But I still had to come back for my on going treatment because it had a balance due. I've never felt so dis-respected in my life.
